Just a quick note to thank you both again for all of your help yesterday – I was absolutely dreading the event, but your unflagging energy, good humour, and professionalism turned what had the potential for trauma and tears into an efficiently executed exercise. And then to turn round and put my bed back to together for me...that lovely gesture alone very nearly did reduce me to tears!!

We moved from East Devon to Mid Devon. Mike arrived punctually, loaded all the items we listed into the van, and then continued to load extra items until the van was full, leaving hardly anything for us to take ourselves. Extremely professional, friendly, and courteous. Unloaded everything into the rooms requested at our destination. Would recommend his services to anyone. No faults at all.

Mike offered far more than just a pair of hands and a vehicle. It is clear that he takes great pride in his work. When I suggested a late start, he insisted that he could be as early as it suited me. It as well that he proposed this as it rained later in the day. He was very careful with our belongings. He was polite and friendly - good company in fact. A top notch service.
Used Van Man Exeter for a move from Cornwall to Devon. Arrived at the time stated - on a bank holiday Monday! Loaded my items with care and delivered them safely.Would highly recommend this company.
Do not hesitate to use Mike and vanmanexeter for your move. You do NOT get a lesser service for the lower price tag, quite the opposite. The personal pride Mike takes in doing a job well is wonderful and he made a stressful and tiring day a breeze. I was helping with the move but for every one box I moved I would find that Mike had moved, packed and arranged 5! Mike and his colleague arrived on time. They were friendly and very efficient. All the boxes and other items were treated with care and arrived intact. Mike even carried the microwave oven from my car boot and unpacked it. Excellent service.

Mike and his colleague recently helped us move from Exeter to Bristol. From the outset Mike's communication and friendly approach was fantastic, and definitely helped us feel a little less worried during what is always a stressful time. The guys arrived right on time. We got stuck in, and were left at our destination with everything unloaded 3 hours later! The price was also incredibly competitive. I had my bed delivered to my new house 160 miles away. I was very pleased because I asked for same day delivery at very short notice and also needed someone to dismantle and reassemble. The job was carried out very well, and on time.
Good communication beforehand and arrived on time (always important for moving). Helpful and hard working to get the job completed as soon as possible. Have used them twice for office moves with good result (did not have to claim on insurance). Reasonable price and would recommend to others around Exeter
Today Mike moved my mother-in-law from Starcross to Exmouth and we were all outstanded by his services. Mike was on time, equipped with trollies, ropes and ties and was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole move. After calling 4 other 'man and van' services and getting high quotes and unfriendly telephone manners it was so refreshing to find someone who was friendly, helpful and made you feel confident you were going to get a good service, and we did. We have already recommended Mike to 2 people today and will be reccomending him to anyone else who needs a good honest removal/delivery. Mike is honest, punctual, friendly, reliable, helpful and equipped for the job, big or small. We can't thank him enough and we urge you to give him a call and see for yourself.

I am happy to recommend Van Man Exeter. They collected some furniture from Sidmouth and transported it to my house in Richmond , Surrey. The timing was critical and they arrived and delivered on schedule. A thoroughly professional service- and good value.

I really can't get over how well everything went, and really couldn't have done it without your help! I'd googled "van in exeter", and knew by your current comments page that you weren't a dodgy white van man!! Your response to the quote was really quick and professional, and to arrive on time at my old house 300 miles away was perfect timing! You certainly knew how to pack the van, as I had truly underestimated how much "stuff" I had!! It was a long old day, but you were still cheerful when we were unloading in Devon, even when it was raining! I will definitely call you in the future if I ever move, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone who needs such quality service!

Michael was great when I needed to collect a large chest of drawers from Chard and bring it to North Dartmoor. He was very helpful in trying to arrange a time over a bank holiday weekend, and giving us a hand getting it inside when we got there! He was prompt and helpful - what more can you ask?

Thanks to Mike at vanmanexeter for the last minute courier job last week. We needed a faulty part returning to the manufacturer asap and mike had it done within hours even though it was a weekend and meant leaving at the crack of dawn. He brough the replacement part back and we got our order completed in time. We will be in touch next time we need help. Thanks again
The service was first class. We only had a small move to do across town but mikes service was alot cheaper and easier than hiring a van ourselves and meant we got an extra pair of hands loading and unloading.
Thanks to Mike and Adam at Van Man Removals . I couldn’t believe how hard you guys worked and especially in the worst weather possible. Excellent service and you certainly saved my back, they wouldn’t let me lift a thing and insisted on doing all the lifting, you made moving easy.
Michael pulled out all the stops so I could complete a fairly bulky move from Devon to London on the day snow cut off the Westcountry from the rest of England! Despite a late start we eventually battled through and got the job done, even though Michael left London with barely 10 hours to get back to Exeter, sleep and turn up for his next booking in Torquay first thing the following morning. Great service!

I had booked another company to help me move a sofa within Exeter and they didn't turn up. The sofa was already outside and it was starting to rain. I called Mike and luckily he was on his way home from another job and was at my house in under 5 mins. This was on a Sunday and I don't know what I would have done without him. Thanks so much Mike.
Leading up to our move was very stressful with our buyers putting pressure on us but on the day of our move Leon, Matt and Dean took all of that stress away and were so lovely with us and so quick with getting us out of our home and into our rental that we are having for six months while the sale of our new home goes through. They were very quick and professional and covered our mattresses in plastic etc and cared for our belongings. If I emailed any query at all leading up to the move then Mike answered everything quickly and put my mind at rest. We have even got them storing our settees until we can move them into our new home, as they would not fit into our temporary place. Hoping to use them again when we move into our future home. I have already recommended them to some friends who are moving soon
Van man removls were superb! We had just moved in to a place and were needing to get things from all over the south of England shipped to London. Mike was really flexible, updating the quote when we added items in to be collected. The guys were excellent, took real care with the items, including a snooker table that weighed a ton and moved everything around until they were just where we wanted them. Couldn't be happier with the service and the value for money!

Highly recommend Mike and the team at Van Man Removals and Storage. We had some heavy sofas moved locally at short notice today and were extremely satisfied with the professional, friendly and efficient service provided. Will definitely use again in future for our removal requirements.
If you are looking for a wholly reliable, professional, efficient, courteous and friendly company to move your stuff then look no further. Mike and the team are quite simply exceptional. All of our removal requests were taken on board and carried out without issue. Carrying out the customer’s wishes and keeping them happy is the overriding ethos here, everything was moved exactly as requested. Mike took on board the fact that the timescales were tight, quickly turned around the quote and was able to accommodate all of our requirements. We were contacted by phone with an ETA at both ends, the team arrived on time, loaded the vans within an hour and a half, paying particular attention to numerous boxes labelled ‘fragile’ and handled them with due care and attention, and then they were away. The following day the vans arrived, again with a phone call in advance and plenty of notice, exercised the same efficiency and care when unloading everything and within a further short period of time the team were away and we were in. All of the team were friendly, polite, with a great sense of humour and worked tirelessly to alleviate all the stress and concern that moving home invariably entails. We would 100% recommend Van Man Removals Exeter to everybody. Absolutely exceptional service from start to finish. Thank you so very much, you guys really are the best at what you do. A+

Just wanted to say a very belated thank you! I was anxious about my move and having used Mike and the team before, knowing it was them coming to move my things was one less thing to worry about. To say they lightened the metaphorical load would be an understatement. They were quick, efficient and friendly as ever. There was even the same joke about the number of boxes of shoes - I can’t promise this will have reduced when I move again in two years, but I do know I will be contacting Mike again!
